• Credits may be deducted based on workload factors such as video duration, model choice, or generation settings.
• Unless required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable after services are delivered.

• You retain rights to content you upload and outputs you generate, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
• You represent that you have legal permission to upload and process all media you submit.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide and improve the service.

You may not use DancingAI for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

• Infringing copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
• Creating deceptive or harmful deepfakes, impersonation content, or fraudulent media.
• Harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, violence promotion, or other prohibited content.
• Attempting to bypass limits, reverse engineer the service, or disrupt platform security.

7. AI Output and Availability Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain errors, artifacts, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication or commercial use.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific generation outcomes.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create legal risk, or threaten platform integrity. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DancingAI and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
