Acceptable Use Policy

1. Safety Standard

DancingAI is designed for lawful, consent-based, and safe creative video generation. You must not use the service to create, request, upload, edit, or distribute content that violates this policy.

We may block requests, remove content, suspend accounts, terminate access, or report activity when required to protect users, rights holders, and the platform.

2. Prohibited Sexual or NSFW Content

• Generating, editing, uploading, or requesting NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, nude, fetish, or adult content.
• Sexual content involving or appearing to involve minors, young-looking people, non-consenting people, or private individuals.
• Prompts or media that attempt to bypass content filters with coded wording, misspellings, indirect instructions, or staged context.

3. Deception, Deepfakes, and Identity Abuse

• Creating deceptive, harmful, or non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation content, face swaps, or face-manipulation media.
• Using another person's likeness, voice, identity, or private media without permission.
• Generating fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or misleading content that could harm a person, brand, or organization.

4. Harmful, Illegal, or Abusive Content

• Harassment, hate, threats, violent extremism, graphic violence, sexual exploitation, self-harm encouragement, or targeted abuse.
• Illegal activity, regulated goods or services, fraud, scams, malware, credential theft, or instructions to evade law enforcement.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.

5. Upload and Reference Media Requirements

• You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, transform, or use all photos, videos, prompts, and reference materials.
• Do not upload private, intimate, exploitative, illegal, or non-consensual media.
• Do not use reference clips or templates to recreate prohibited content or to mislead viewers about real events or real people.

6. Enforcement

We use automated and manual safety controls, including prompt moderation and media checks, to enforce this policy. Attempts to bypass these controls are prohibited.

Violations may result in blocked generations, removed content, loss of credits for abusive activity, account suspension, account termination, or reports to relevant authorities when legally required.

If you believe content on DancingAI violates this policy, contact support@dancingai.io with the relevant URL, account information if available, and a short description of the issue.
